Community Coffee is a Louisiana coffee company that has been owned and operated by four generations of family. This coffee is a staple in Southern Louisiana and is known for releasing such flavors as Pecan Praline, King Cake, etc, during the holidays.
Fret no more, Acadians! The new Boucherie blends are here for the fall season!
You can now enjoy such flavors as Gratifying Graton, which is Cajun French for a fried pork cracklin’. It’s basically a pork rind with the fat still on it that is hard fried in a cast iron pot.
The medium and dark roast flavors being released are White Boudin and Red Boudin. There’s nothing like starting your day off with a piping hot cup of liquid boudin! We are also hosting a poll on the site that will assist in deciding what the new flavor is. Should it taste like filé? How about andouille? What if your morning coffee tasted like Meemaw’s house (Ben-gay, moth balls, and burned roux). Remember to vote here on the website!
Starting your day off with coffee is ideal, unless you’re from Kaplan and you started it off with an ice cold Bud Lite. If that’s not your jam, you can visit Community Coffee’s website and order new flavors. Be sure to check out our other articles that are food and Cajun related as we are your #1 news source for news! Also this fall, Glade Air Fresheners released new Cajun scents!
